5k Run/Walk
Runners need to check in at 8:30 prior to the race. The race will start at 9 am at corner of Montgomery and Chestnut Streets.
During your run/walk you will need to use either a cell phone app (like Starva or Nike Fitness, etc.) or GPS setting (Garmin, Fitbit) that will display the distance you traveled so as to verify you completed the mileage.
You can either take a screenshot or selfie of your completion screen and email it to growgillespie@gmail.com. After we've verified your run/walk, you can pick up your t-shirt, and medal ribbon.

Click the link at the right to register online or pick up a registration packet in person at Ageless Fitness in Gillespie or Staunton.

Note: Register by May 1-2 for the May 14th 5k. Any registration after May 5, 2022 does not guarantee a t-shirt.

All ages are welcome and all participants receive a medal ribbon!
